Looking to improve your marathon time and qualify for the Boston Marathon? Whatever your goal is, I am here to support and mentor you. Choose from any of the common distances below, or if you’ve got another less common distance in mind, just let me know and we will create a custom program for you.

If you desire, we can even develop a response plan for your program. Maybe you need milestones and deadlines to achieve your goals, or maybe you desire the guidance and tools, but desire privacy with your results. Your goals are yours and yours alone. I’m merely a facilitator focused on proving to you how strong you really are and how happy you really can be.
THREE: If you live in the greater Phoenix area and want to take advantage of in-person face-to-face coaching, let me know and we can work it into your program.
All of this for less than $19 per week! That’s certainly a lot less than hiring a personal trainer AND a life coach!
Pricing
5K program – typically 8 weeks long, $150
10K program – typically 8 weeks long, $150
Half marathon program – typically 12-16 weeks long, $220
Marathon program – typically 20-24 weeks long, $300
Monthly or Weekly program – as long or as short as you desire, $80/month or $20/week
Personalized training plan only – A customized training plan made specifically for you. Does not include any coaching. $50
We can adjust the length of your program based on your needs and desires. Just let me know what your desired schedule is and we will make it work!
